Privacy, in plain language

This notice explains what Apyos collects through this website, why it is used and what choices you have.

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Who is responsible

Apyos, represented by Philippe Schommers, is responsible for personal data submitted through this website. Registered office: Pfarrer-Henreco-Straße 8, 4700 Eupen, Belgium. Enterprise number: BE 0658 820 832.

For privacy questions, use the website contact form.

Data collected through the form

When you send an enquiry, Apyos receives the information you enter in the form.

  • Purpose: understand and respond to your enquiry
  • Legal basis: steps requested before a potential contract and, where applicable, Apyos’s legitimate interest in answering unsolicited business correspondence and keeping the exchange secure
  • Retention: enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange; project and accounting records follow applicable statutory retention periods

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare, as hosting and network provider, processes limited request and technical data on behalf of Apyos. A private notification service forwards contact-form submissions to Apyos and therefore processes the information entered in the form. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes browser, device, network and challenge data to distinguish legitimate enquiries from automated abuse. These providers may process data outside the EEA under their respective data-processing and privacy terms.

Personal data is not sold. It is not used for unrelated marketing mailing lists unless you separately choose to subscribe to one.

Cookies and measurement

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect aggregated page-view and performance statistics without cookies. Cloudflare does not use this service to track individual visitors across websites. Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser storage required for its security checks. Neither service is used by Apyos for advertising.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Use the contact form to make a request. Apyos may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you.

Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect submitted information. No internet service can promise absolute security.

This notice may change when the site, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
