Philippe Schommers is the founder of Apyos, an independent Belgian IT company working with SMEs, startups and selected individual projects since 2016.
Alongside Apyos he is Head of Infrastructure at Gnosis, responsible for the systems behind Gnosis Chain and its self-custodial payment products. Earlier work in the same field includes decentralised storage at Swarm and research at Logos Innovation Lab.
Before that he co-founded HelloPixel, a social game studio whose titles reached more than 350 million unique players and peaked above four million a day. The thread running through all of it is turning unclear operational problems into systems that keep running.
