Website project

A clear local website for a new physiotherapy practice

Estelle Derwa needed a professional home for her new practice in Marchin: somewhere patients could understand the care she offers, see practical information and request an appointment without friction.

The project

Estelle was opening an independent physiotherapy practice at Centre Médéo in Marchin, alongside home visits around Huy and Wanze. The website had to establish the practice online from day one and feel as personal and reassuring as the care itself.

Apyos handled the content structure, visual direction, development, technical SEO and deployment as one joined-up project. That kept the message, interface and search signals aligned instead of treating them as separate jobs.

The objective

Patients usually arrive with immediate questions: whether their condition is treated, where the practice is, what a session costs and how to book. The first objective was to answer those questions plainly, without making people hunt through a generic medical brochure.

The second was local discovery. Someone searching for a physiotherapist in Marchin or nearby should be able to understand who Estelle is, where she works and which services she provides before making contact.

  • Make treatments, fees, location and availability easy to scan.
  • Give appointment requests one obvious route on desktop and mobile.
  • Support French-speaking and English-speaking patients.
  • Build a trustworthy local search presence for a new practice.

Content and design

The site is organised around real patient decisions: care, home visits, fees, professional background and appointments. Short summaries lead to focused pages when more detail helps. Contact options and the practice address stay visible at the moments they are useful.

A warm editorial design gives the practice a distinct identity without getting in the way of legibility. Responsive layouts, semantic page structure, keyboard focus states, reduced-motion support and high-legibility body type make the experience work across devices and access needs.

Built for local search

Each page has focused titles and descriptions, canonical URLs and French–English language alternatives. Structured data describes the physiotherapy practice, practitioner, services, opening hours, address and areas served so search engines receive the same clear facts as visitors.

The result is a lightweight, statically delivered website with no unnecessary application layer. It gives Estelle an owned, maintainable presence and gives patients a fast path from a local search to the right information or an appointment request.
